This is highly unlikely. The closest we have come to traveling at the speed of light is with particles called neutrinos. These particles can travel close to the speed of light, but slower than the speed of light. Even if we could design a spacecraft able to travel near the speed of light, the amount of energy required to get up to and maintain that speed would be astronomical.
