Once upon a time, 18-year-old Sheldon was invited to his friend Pashiya's house to study. Pashiya was of Arabic descent, and they lived in a traditional Muslim home. Her mother, Aniyah, was a strict 50-year-old lady who had a "no phones, no shoes, no gifts" policy which Sheldon was completely unaware of. Upon Sheldon's arrival and the gift exchange, Aniyah angrily snatched away the gift and his phone, interjecting in Arabic, "No phones! No gifts! Remove your shoes!" Sheldon, without an ounce of knowledge of the Arabic language, was utterly confused by Aniyah's rant. Pashiya was scolded by her mother for not informing Sheldon about the rules. Sheldon felt disheartened for losing the gift he had bought especially for Pashiya. A short while later, Aniyah announced she was going shopping, providing Sheldon with the opportunity to retrieve his gift and phone. He stealthily stepped into Aniyah's room, which was adorned with Arabic artifacts, luxurious dresses, exquisite jewelry, traditional leather flats, and a plethora of niqabs and hijabs. In the closet, he found his phone and the gift among Aniyah's belongings. As he was turning to leave, he slipped into a pair of Aniyah’s flats. Soon weird sensation washed over him, as he noticed his feet changing color to match Aniyah’s. Panic struck Sheldon as realization dawned on him; he was transforming into Aniyah! He struggled to resist, but it was in vain. His casual outfit transformed into a long, elegant Muslim dress, and a niqab coalesced around his face. Sheldon’s persona began to fade away, he could only remember himself as Aniyah. The new Aniyah stood in her room, confused. Looking around, she spotted the gift and the phone. A wave of anger coursed through her, "What happened here? Did my daughter's friend snoop around my room unattended? What unacceptable behavior!" She said in Arabic. Aniyah, upset by this breach of trust, called Pashiya into her room. A serious conversation about respect and boundaries was due. Furthermore, she decided that wherever Sheldon was, for now, he needed to go home, concerned what Pashiya's friendship might lead to in future.
