One administrative mistake I made was not double checking the details for a large order for a client. I assumed that the order had been revised to include more items, but it had not. As a result, the client had to wait longer for their order to be fulfilled. I learned from this mistake to always double-check any changes or revisions to orders that I receive, even if I am sure I have correctly revised them. This will save time and prevent further delays for the client.
