Question: Write the POV transformation story of the reader turning into Lan Hikari from the Megaman Battle Network series, complete with gender change (if the reader is a female), height regression, age regression (making the reader now 11 years old), reality change (the reader's real world becoming the world of Megaman Battle Network), and mind/mental change (with the reader's personality and memories being completely replaced with Lan's personality and memories, despite the reader's best efforts on fighting them off). The transformation is permanent (meaning it is forever) and is completely irreversible. For Lan Hikari's appearance (after the reader turned into him), he stands at 142.8 cm and has brown eyes and untidy brown hair, which he keeps out of his face with a bandana bearing the Hikari family mark. His upper-body attire consists of a white long-sleeved shirt with black squares on the elbows under an orange vest. From the waist down, he wears black shorts with yellow stripes on the sides, black ankle-socks, and orange shoes with black stripes. He carries detachable roller blades that allow him to instantly modify his shoes. He will often be seen with his backpack. He almost always carries his PET with him, and the later versions usually come with a pouch or a strap to carry it with. For Lan Hikari's personality, he is outgoing, headstrong, and has a strong sense of justice, though he is often lazy, often sleeping in causing him being late to prior engagements (even if he is the one who set them up), and is a poor student in school, much to Ms. Mari's frustration and despite MegaMan's nagging, though he has the highest grades in Virus Busting. Lan enjoys sports such as soccer and inline skating, which is shown in his preference to skate wherever he goes. He is shown to have a large appetite, often indulging when food is around. As an operator, Lan is able to concentrate in a way he cannot bring himself to do in other situations, and is quick to jump into action to save the day while others panic, even at his own risk. He has a keen sense of deduction, though he often has a simplistic way of looking at things. Despite his aptitude for Net Battling, Lan's ego and arrogance often lead to him making careless mistakes which sometimes put people he cares about in danger. His simple outlook on life also leads to several other problems, such as his emotional vulnerability, which has been exploited. Late in the third game, his vanity and then his trust are both abused in succession, and he is left believing that he is guilty for putting thousands of lives in danger, including his father's, causing him to fall into depression. When he finally arises, his worldview is tempered with a better understanding of evil. There should also be quotes from the characters in this story so we know what they're saying and what they're thinking. Also, it is a POV reader story, so it should not be in an author's point of view (my, I, mine, etc), and it should be from the point of view of the reader (you, your, etc).
A sudden jolt wakes you from your peaceful slumber, an electric-like shock coursing through your veins. Groggily, you rub your eyes, reaching around for your phone, but your hand only finds empty space. Your vision begins to focus, and you gasp, sitting bolt upright. This isn't your room. The walls are littered with posters of MegaMan.EXE and other NetNavis, a sight all too familiar yet completely alien. Panic sets in as you scramble out of bed, noticing something off about your movements. Your legs feel shorter, your hands smaller. Looking down, you see an orange vest and black shorts — clothes you definitely didn't wear to bed last night. “What the...?” A mirror catches your eye. You rush towards it, and the reflection staring back at you is not your own, but that of a young boy with untidy brown hair held back by a bandana. “No way, this can't be happening,” you mumble, voice trembling. But the voice that emerges isn't yours; it's Lan Hikari's. You close your eyes, taking deep breaths. Everything feels surreal, but the more you focus, the clearer it becomes: the room, the clothes, the reflection. You touch your face, the texture of your skin, your messy hair. This is real. A sharp knock on the door snaps you out of your thoughts. “Lan, wake up! You're gonna be late for school again!” It's a woman's voice, familiar yet distant. Your heart races as your mind battles with memories that aren’t yours — sleepy mornings and hurried breakfasts, always being chided for sleeping in. "I’m not Lan," you try to tell yourself, but the words falter before leaving your lips. A sense of dread deepens as Lan's memories flood your mind — they invade every corner of your consciousness, squeezing out recollections of your real life. Faces, places, feelings you hold dear all start to blur and fade. "No, stay with me," you murmur, gripping the sides of your head. You struggle to remember your name, to hold on to a single fragment of yourself. The door creaks open, and the woman pokes her head in. “Lan, are you coming?” You want to scream that this isn't real, but you feel compelled to answer, "Yeah, coming, Mom." The word slips out so naturally, it sends shivers down your spine. You shake your head, tears welling up, but your body moves on its own, dressing as Lan would. The longer you resist, the more exhausted you feel, as if fighting the inevitable is draining your very will. Downstairs, the breakfast table is set, and the sight of it stirs something within you, an innocent joy you haven't felt in years. Lan’s mother smiles warmly. “Eat up, Lan. Big day today.” You try to remain stoic, but the smell of food unsettles any resolve you had left. Your stomach growls in betraying anticipation, the words “big day” echoing faintly, triggering a mix of excitement and anxiety. A chirpy voice rings in your ear. "Good morning, Lan!" It’s MegaMan.EXE, Lan's NetNavi, his voice so clear it could almost be your own thoughts speaking back to you. "Ready for some virus busting?" "No, no, no," you whisper, trying to suppress the genuine excitement rising within you. But the internal struggle wanes with each passing second. At school, Ms. Mari's lessons drift in and out of focus. You find yourself balancing between two identities until, slowly but surely, Lan’s thoughts overwhelm your own. This new reality solidifies around you as your own dissolves. “Lan?” Ms. Mari’s voice brings you back to the classroom. You notice a set of eyes on you, and Lan's automatic response kicks in. "Sorry, didn’t catch that.” "Are you paying attention?" Ms. Mari asks, eyebrow raised in suspicion. The old you would have been mortified, but Lan simply shrugs it off. You hate how natural it feels, how your resistance is slipping. As the day drags on, your memories receive another wave of assault. Every step, every conversation engrains Lan deeper into your essence. By the time school ends, you're exhausted. You try reflecting on who you were, but your past self is a hazy blur. The fight within you weakens further as Lan's personality and memories take dominion completely. You find yourself at home, Navi PET in hand, preparing for your next NetBattle with fervor. "Let’s do this, MegaMan," you cheer, the words now feeling entirely your own. Lan's fire burns vigorously in you now. Your real self is diminished, trapped in the recesses of your mind, overshadowed by a new identity. The transformation is complete and irreversible. In this new world, you are no longer yourself. Forevermore, you are Lan Hikari.
