and I wake up after the medicine was taken and I can feel my body is getting stronger and I got better. Everything is okay now and I thanked the guy who gave me the medicine as he saved me from passing out again. I never knew what happened to me until he told me it was a low blood sugar levels that caused me to pass out. He assured me it happens to others sometimes and gave me some advice on how to prevent it from happening again. He also said it's important to always carry a spare blood sugar medicine just in case these things happen again. I'm thankful for his help and I'm more aware of my body now.
