As soon as the body swap was complete, he found himself slowly grabbing items through Fantasia's eyes. The walk, the strut with each step, was unfamiliar to him, but he played along chuckling, "OH MY, THIS IS FUN!" he exclaimed in a surprising imitation of Fantasia's squeal. The reflection he saw in the mirror was something he could not help but admire, the radiance and magnificence in the drag queen costume were quite dazzling. Discovering his favourite root beer, Jake blurted out in excitement, "THIS IS GOING TO BE A REAL TREAT!" the words came naturally, flowing like Fantasia would have spoken them. Upon checking out, Jake, still in Fantasia's body, complimented the cashier on her nail polish and her contagious smile, something Fantasia does effortlessly. His discomfort seemed to have started to fade away, replaced by laughter and broad smiles. With the groceries packed and the transaction complete, Jake switched back to his own body and sighed in relief. Although the body swap was something he wouldn't want to repeat, Jake admitted to himself that seeing life from a different perspective, even momentarily, was a unique and memorable experience well and truly out of his comfort zone.
