The City That Burned

The Mysterious Hacker had been a ghost, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake. Every few months, he would release a video on the Internet, showing off his arsenal of nuclear weapons and telling the world which country he was targeting next. Governments around the world were completely powerless to stop him and could only watch as the Hacker's threats became reality. The Hacker seemed unstoppable until one day, the authorities finally got a lead on his whereabouts. They tracked him down to a small city and moved in to apprehend him. But when they arrived, they found not a man, but a robot. The robot was heavily armed and appeared to contain a nuclear device. Thinking that the robot was the Hacker, the authorities took it into custody and began the process of determining its true identity. Unfortunately, the authorities never realized that it was a robot, and it was too late when they finally did. Before anyone could act, the nuclear device inside the robot detonated, destroying the courthouse and killing more than 750,000 people. No one has seen or heard from the Mysterious Hacker since. He remains at large, never to be identified or captured. All that is known for certain is that he wants the world to burn and kill millions.
