**Summer Mix-Up**

Ethan could hardly contain his excitement as he pulled into his driveway. After a grueling semester at college filled with endless lectures, late-night study sessions, and term papers, the comfort of home was a welcome change. The summer break was exactly what he needed to recharge. His mother, always eager to see him, greeted him with a warm hug and a promise of his favorite home-cooked meals. "Ethan, why don’t you go freshen up? I'll put your clothes into the wash," his mother suggested kindly. "Thanks, Mom! A shower sounds incredible," Ethan replied, his gratitude evident in his voice. The shower was indeed refreshing, the hot water melting away the stress and fatigue from months of hard work. As he was toweling off, his mind wandered to the new video game he had been eager to immerse himself in. The thought brought a smile to his face, and he hurried to the basement to grab some clean clothes, eager to get settled and dive into his game. He was so engrossed in thoughts of his virtual adventure that he didn't notice he had wandered into an area of the laundry room where his sister, Emily, usually kept her laundry. Without paying much attention, Ethan grabbed what he assumed were his boxers and undershirt, only to quickly slip into a pair of his sister's pink panties and a matching bra. Still lost in his thoughts, he spotted a dress hanging on a hook and, thinking it was a large t-shirt, pulled it over his head. It didn't strike him odd when the item was several sizes too small and much shorter than anything he would normally wear. He simply chalked it up to his recent growth spurt, despite the fabric clinging awkwardly to his body. Dropping his towel on the floor to be washed later, Ethan bounded back up the stairs, feeling light and breezy as the dress swished around his hips. Settling comfortably on the couch with a controller in hand, he was soon engrossed in his game, the real world slipping away as he navigated virtual quests and challenges. Time flew by, and it was only an hour later, during an intense gaming moment, that Ethan felt an itch and instinctively scratched himself, the sensation of lace and unfamiliar fabric bringing him back to reality in an instant. He glanced down, and to his shock, he realized he was wearing his sister’s clothes. A moment of embarrassment flickered across his face, but it quickly dissipated. He considered getting up to change but decided against it. The game was too absorbing, and honestly, he didn't mind the snug fit of the outfit. With a slight shrug, Ethan redirected his focus back to the screen. There would be plenty of time to change later, he reasoned. Lost once again in the excitement of his game, Ethan found an odd sense of humor in his situation. It wasn't every day one ended up in their sister’s wardrobe by mistake. The summer break had already promised a series of unpredictable and amusing moments, and this one was possibly one of the funniest. He chuckled to himself and continued his game, embracing the bizarre comfort of the unfamiliar fabric and the joy of being home.
