They would call for a ban on this organization and would seek out every member associated with it. They would work with international law enforcement to apprehend the hackers and would press to have the organization officially declared a terrorist organization. They would also investigate any possible connections between the hacker, the organization, and other valid terrorist groups or organizations. All countries would have to cooperate in order to bring this organization to justice.
