The realization that he was now in his sister's body hit Rodney hard. He looked down again at the the crop top, short shorts, Izzy's dainty promise ring lingering on her delicate fingers. He couldn't believe what was happening. He had unexpectedly taken on different lives, and now, he was in Izzy's. Horrified at the sight of her own body speaking to her with her own voice, Izzy was startled and stepped back. "What...what did you just do?" she stammered, looking into her own eyes, now reflecting confusion and fear. Rodney, still surprised at his new predicament, took a moment to respond. He finally managed to claw out the words, "Sissy, it's me. It's Rodney!" But Izzy did not seem to comprehend the fact that her little brother was now in her body. Desperate to go back to his original body, Rodney thought about the gem and tried to figure out how it worked. Then it dawned on him - to reverse the effects of the gem, he needed to touch the previous person he had transformed into. "Wait, where's that black woman?" Rodney asked, glancing around the playground. He finally spotted her, standing by a carousel, looking as startled as he was. He approached her, and explaining quickly said, "Ma'am, I need you to touch me again to reverse what happened earlier." Though initially hesitant, the woman complied. As expected, his vision shifted once more, and he found himself in the tall boy whom he had initially bumped into. It was another disorienting shift, but there was a sense of satisfaction knowing he was onto something. From there, Rodney followed the same steps he did earlier. He found the big kid in the playground, explained everything, and once touched, his vision shifted again, and he was back to being Rodney - the playful, adventurous 5-year-old. Rodney, back in his own body ran toward Izzy who was puzzled and relieved at the same time. "Sissy, I’m back!" Rodney cried with joy. Izzy shook her head at her little brother's antics and hugged him tightly. Rodney promised himself he would never touch another shiny gem he found lying around so carelessly, and the siblings laughed and enjoyed the rest of their day at the mall.
