However, the alcohol bottles were cleverly concealed under a pile of blankets and bags, and the officers didn't notice them. "All clear," Officer Johnson announced as he closed the trunk. "You girls are good to go. Drive safely and have a wonderful time at your graduation party," Officer Davis added with a warm smile. "Thank you, officers. Have a good night!" Olivia responded, relief evident in her voice. The officers returned to their cruiser and drove away. "We could've been in big trouble!" "Let's just be extra careful," Olivia said, starting the car back up. "Now, first turn right, then left, and straight ahead."
