Meanwhile, in the 'Omniverse' timeline, Gwen Tennyson encountered the meteor fragment. She was granted the powers of the Human Torch, Johnny Storm. She could engulf herself in flames without harm and manipulate fire, even fly. These abilities provided her with a formidable offensive power, turning her into a fierce fighter during battles against evil. Gwen also mastered flame control, often using her powers to create fireballs or flamethrowers. Lastly, in the reboot timeline, Gwen Tennyson was camping and found the last piece of the meteor embedded in a rock. Upon touching it, she suddenly gained incredible strength and durability, similar to the Thing, Ben Grimm. Her skin toughened, taking on a rock-like structure and she was impervious to most forms of physical and energy attacks. Despite the shocking transformation, she used her new-found abilities to serve as the group's powerhouse, tackling the harshest of environments and foes with ease. The timelines never intersected, yet, all four Gwens used their fantastic powers to protect their property and loved ones, reinforcing the fact that no matter the timeline or universe, Gwen Tennyson always remained committed to helping those in need. All in all, this alternate universe played host to an exciting twist on the Gwen Tennyson character, showing her potential in a different but equally powerful light.
