If such a scenario unfolded, there would be an international outcry, with governments around the world denouncing the Hacker and dedicating their resources to finding them. International cooperation on cyber security would increase dramatically, and the world would take steps to ensure that similar attacks could never happen again. There would also be a massive outpouring of grief and mourning for the millions of people who had been killed by the Hacker’s actions. It would be an event of incredible tragedy and horror that would be remembered for generations.
