1. Log into your account on the Aspire PC. 2. Locate the ticket you wish to duplicate, then click on the ticket number. 3. In the right-hand corner of the ticket, select the “Duplicate” icon. 4. Enter the title of the new ticket in the “Title” field. 5. Enter the description of the new ticket in the “Description” field. 6. Select any attachments you wish to add to the new ticket from the “Attachments” tab. 7. Select the “Save” button to save your changes and create the duplicate ticket.
