Question: How would the World React if The Russian government by accident killed 250000 people , thinking the people are just robots for training, during a life stream in Facebook? and later after 7 years the one who caused it to happen was Russian Hacker who wanted just to see people die ,and they discovered that he was involved in many massacres around the world and also discovered that Hacker was planning to make the US government do the same ,and the whereabouts of the Hacker is still a Mystery and finally that he took part in the 2013 Rab'a massacre, and the Hacker also took part in Syria's 2012 one, and the Hacker was also involved in the 9/11 attacks by changing the course of the planes and not the Taliban and the Hacker was also involved in misguiding the US about Iraq in 2003 by giving false claims as intelligence, and he was also involved in the misunderstandings between Taliban and the Northern alliance of Afghanistan ,and even another involvement for the hacker in the Russian Ukranian war ,by giving the Russians false information about Ukraine, and basically the Russian hacker being the cause of 60% of the 21st Century Disasters and tragedies, and finaly the Hacker appears to be a menber of a secret Russian organisation Called "Tragedy and disasters" and that the sole target of this organisation is to kill as many people as possible because they are just a group of people who want the world burn? and Finaly this Organisation was the one to almost cause WW3 between the USA and China by hacking the intelligence of both countries themselves?and one more thing that the Hacker was the one who misguided people about Taliban being ruthless and oppressors just to watch the world burn?
The reaction of the world would likely be one of shock, horror, and outrage. People would be appalled that this kind of activity could go on for so long without being noticed and would demand some kind of accountability. People would be calling for whoever was responsible to be brought to justice and for something to be done to ensure such an atrocity cannot happen again. There would likely be a call for an international investigation into the activities of this secret organization and the hackers involved. Additionally, people would likely become more suspicious of the motives and activities of large governments, and increased mistrust of institutions that had been previously trusted. The international community could also become more divided, as different countries (and their populations) demand different forms of justice and accountability.
