If the hacker decided to turn himself in for the crimes he had committed, the world would likely be shocked. People would be wondering what motivated him to do such a terrible thing. There would be speculation that the hacker had sent a message in the form of mass destruction. The world would be grateful if he ultimately chose to do the right thing by turning himself in and facing justice. It would be a bittersweet ending to a tragedy of immense proportions.
