Walking into "Gianni's Caffè", Quinta, adorned in swirling, long-sleeved robes, took a seat at a secluded corner table. Trixie arrived shortly after, each of her heads cloaked in a voluminous scarf and the largest sunglasses obtainable. She made her way to the same table, an eerie silent feeling of anticipation lingering between them. "Nice weather, isn't it?" Quinta nervously scuffed her toe on the floor, her four extra arms folded neatly and hidden within her cloak. "Sure is," said Trixie, each of her heads speaking in a gentle whispering rhythm. Only one of her heads peeked out from behind the scarf, while the others stayed hidden. Following a brief awkward silence, they started getting more comfortable with one another. Suddenly, a gasp echoed across the room, and all eyes turned to a child standing on a table. He was choking on a piece of an oversized meatball from his spaghetti. His mother couldn't dislodge it, pandemonium ensued, and everyone panicked. Quinta and Trixie glanced at each other, realizing they had a choice. They could either reveal their unique features and save the child or remain hidden and risk the worst. Without a word, they decided. Trixie threw off her sunglasses and unwound her scarf, revealing her three heads. Each head took a deep breath before they began instructing everyone to calm down, providing clear instructions on what steps to take.
