After a bit she gets bored so starts to teas ethe criminal with the intention of annoying him enough that he will gag her. He gets so annoyed he decides to gag her with his used sock and even blindfold her using her own fishnets. She struggles against ger bonds even moaning into the gag but is embarrassed to admit she can't escape. The criminal mocks her and eventually leaves her there to be found

Feeling cornered, he snatched his own used sock from his pocket and crudely gagged her, an attempt to stifle her relentless ribbing. Feeling even more corners, he decided to take her fishnets and fashion a makeshift blindfold, plunging her world into darkness. With her senses dulled, Black Canary tried to work her way out of the bonds, but found herself embarrassingly stuck. Every tug, ever pull only made her realize that she couldn't break free from the ties she allowed to bind her. The muffled sounds that escaped her gag failed to mask her frustration. The young criminal, emboldened by the situation, took a brave moment to mock her, "Guess even heroes can't always save the day." With a final smug look, he left, his first crime committed against one of Gotham's very own vigilantes. As she sat there, bound, blindfolded, and with a sock muffling her complaints, Black Canary begrudgingly admitted to herself that she may have overplayed her role, left behind to be discovered by whoever ventured into the convenience store next. Still, the situation was entirely hers to control – and she wouldn’t forget that.
