Spencer, a kind-hearted middle-aged man, was recently divorced from his wife and had started dating a much younger woman named Ashton. Ashton was a very posh woman who always demanded the most in life. She loved the luxuries that Spencer's money could afford and she was always posting pictures of herself online and flirting with other men behind Spencer's back. Dave, despite his young age, saw right through Ashton and he attempted to tell his dad about her actions. But Ashton would always dismiss Dave's accusations and say, "He will never believe you. I'm too hot for him to notice." This did not sit well with Dave, especially when one day, Ashton took his chore money, explaining she needed it for a new pair of heels or perhaps a new purse. Irked, Dave decided now was the time to expose Ashton. He noticed his father and Ashton leaving the house, and he took the opportunity to sneak into their room. Ashton's things occupied most of the space, with an array of extravagant clothes and shoes cluttering the closet. He spotted a pile of important looking documents and his chore money resting on one of the shelves. As he climbed up to retrieve it all, his foot accidentally landed in one of Ashton's high-heeled ankle boots. A shocking transformation began. Dave's small, boyish feet, contorted, broke and reformed into more mature, feminine feet. His body followed suit - his limbs toned and reshaped themselves and his chest expanded. His hair lengthened and straightened, turning a rich brown color and his skin gained a healthy, tanned glow from non-stop sunbathing. He felt his lips filling in and expanding – the result of Ashton's regular Botox treatments. His clothes also morphed, becoming a skimpy, skintight dress. His voice shifted into a higher, more feminine pitch as his memories started to change until, he forgot entirely about being Dave. The transformed Dave, now looking and acting exactly like Ashton, felt a wave of confusion as she looked around the room. "Like, why am I still here?" she wondered aloud. She proceeded to collect her money and stuff it into her bra, oblivious to its original owner. Spotting the incriminating papers, she quickly snapped photos of them with her phone, before shredding them to pieces. After looking at herself one more time in the mirror, she grabbed her purse, slid on her sunglasses and strutted out the front door. She found herself settling into Ashton's high-powered luxury car making her way to the nail salon and the purse shop in town. She laughed to herself, considering a new man she had just seen online – certain he would meet her high standards. She had no memory of her past life as Dave, instead, she was entirely and completely Ashton. And so, the tale ended with Dave's transformation into Ashton – a lesson to be careful about what you wish for and how far you are willing to go to expose the truth.
