Moxxie, the undersized and usually timid imp from I.M.P, found himself in an unimaginable situation. His father, Crimson, had strapped him onto an oddlooking contraption he discovered in the depths of an alleyway, as a sort of punishment. Crimson had never been able to forgive Blitzo and his I.M.P crew for ruining what he saw as a perfect alliance through marriage between Moxxie and his wealthy associate, Chazwick Thurman. "We'll make a man out of you yet, boy!" Crimson growled, his golden fang glinting in the dim lit room. Moxxie gulped, not liking the look of glee in his father's eyes. With a maniacal laugh, Crimson threw the switch and the machine hummed to life. Moxxie felt a strange energy coursing through him, his body tingling in a way that was simultaneously uncomfortable and fascinating. He could see his reflection in a nearby mirror. His mostly average and somewhat lanky form slowly began to change. The most immediate change that he saw was his height. His body stretched, growing taller and taller until he was the same height as Blitzo. His crimson skin darkened slowly, matching the deep shade of Crimson's. His small horns grew larger and more jagged, his white hair thickened, and around his eyes, white markings started to form, the right marking becoming larger than the left. Then the more subtle change came, his body's shape becoming mature and masculine. His age progressing rapidly from a young-adult to being in his prime, akin to his father's age. His legs morphed to a plantigrade stance, and his tail became crooked with white accents appearing near the base and the middle of the fork of his tail. Moxxie's freckles disappeared and the most surreal moment for him was when one of his fangs turned gold just like his father's. His clothes transformed next. His navy-black coat and backpack turned into a navy blue coat with light blue accents, red buttons, and a red lining. His shirt shifted from a simple white shirt to a red high-collared one, fitting perfectly on his newly grown neck. His black toe-less pants changed to dark blue with thin red stripes, and his hooves changed into black and red-heeled dress shoes. A black fedora with a red and white band materialized on his head. Moxxie, now in the unfathomable image of his father, looked at himself with wide eyes. From the fingers to his horns, he was a perfect carbon copy of Crimson. He could hardly believe this was real, and his mind reeled with the implications. He was his own father now - a chilling thought that sent shivers down his spine. But Moxxie was not his father, he was his own person and he knew what he had to do. He would remain with I.M.P and make things right again, proving to his father that he did not need to become someone else to be successful. He was Moxxie, and despite having the appearance of his father, he would remain true to his own self and beliefs.
