Once upon a time, in the suburban neighbourhood of Mclean, Virginia, a plumber named Alex was hard at work on a sunny Tuesday morning. Alex was a jolly, chubby fellow with his ever-present grey Hanes waistband sticking out from beneath his worn-out overall. Sleeping next to a woman he barely knew, in a lavish house that was far from cosy, felt unusual at first, yet he began appreciating the trappings of wealth and the limitless possibilities that came with it. It was a peculiar turn of their lives, but they realised that perhaps they needed this switch to make them appreciate their realities a little more. The story of Alex the plumber and Josh the wealthy homeowner, swapping their lives, was something that suburb would remember forever. The switch remained a mystery and a cautionary reminder to everyone about the value in embracing their realities.
