Sonic quickly grabbed Tails and jumped away from the Tails Doll, as it seemed like it was about to attack them. Sonic asked the Tails Doll what was happening and why it was there. The Tails Doll responded and said it was sorry, that it didn't know what was happening to it. Sonic asked it why its eyes were bleeding and it started to laugh in a demon voice. Sonic recognized the voice and realized that it was Taven, the fox cub he and Tails had rescued a few days ago from Eggman. Sonic asked Taven why it was transforming into the Tails Doll when it saw the full moon, and Taven told them that it couldn't control itself whenever it saw the full moon. Sonic told Taven that they would help him figure out what was going on and to come with them. Sonic and Tails then took Taven back to their home where they could figure out what to do.
