**Reflections of the Switched Souls**

Prompt: In Tokyo, Japan, a young girl named Ichigo Momomiya attends an endangered species exhibit with her "crush" Masaya Aoyama. After an earthquake, Ichigo and four other girls are bathed in a strange light. A cat appears before Ichigo, then merges with her. The next day, she begins acting like a cat and making cat puns. After meeting Ryou Shirogane and Keiichirou Akasaka, Ichigo learns that she was infused with the DNA of the Iriomote cat. Ryou and Keiichirou explain that this allows her to transform into Mew Ichigo, a powerful heroic cat girl. She is ordered to defeat Chimera Animas—alien parasites which infect animals and turn them into monsters. Ryou and Keiichirou instruct Ichigo to find the four other girls from the exhibit—the remaining Mew Mews. The first Mew Mew Ichigo encounters are Minto Aizawa, a spoiled, wealthy girl and ballerina who is infused with the genes of the blue lorikeet;[n 1] Retasu Midorikawa, a shy but smart girl who endures constant bullying from three girls and absorbs the genes of the finless porpoise; a hyper and yet young girl named Bu-Ling Huang who receives the genes of the golden lion tamarin; and Zakuro Fujiwara, a professional actress and model infused with the genes of the gray wolf. The five Mew Mews battle the Chimera Animas and their alien controllers Quiche, Pie and Tart. Quiche falls in love with Ichigo where he tries to gain her love despite the fact that he is trying to eliminate the other Mew Mews. Pie and Tart later join Quiche in trying to destroy the Mew Mews. As the fighting intensifies, the Mew Mews are tasked with finding "Mew Aqua", a material created from pure water that contains immense power for combating the alien attacks and can be sensed by the Mew Mews. During a battle with Quiche at an aquarium, Ichigo is in danger of losing when the mysterious Blue Knight appears and rescues her. He returns periodically throughout the series, protecting Ichigo from various dangers. It is later revealed that the Blue Knight is in fact Masaya. Shortly after this discovery, Masaya collapses and transforms again. This time, he transforms into Deep Blue, the alien leader who wants to destroy humanity. After explaining to Ichigo that Masaya was a false form for temporary use, Deep Blue attacks the Mew Mews. Pie and Tart try to stop the other mew mews while Ichigo goes after Deep Blue. He and Quiche battle and Deep Blue wins. Masaya's personality briefly reappears and he uses the Mew Aqua inside Deep Blue to save Ichigo and Tokyo, killing himself in the process. Devastated over his loss, Ichigo pours her power into Masaya to save his life, losing her own in the process. Masaya kisses her, changing her back to a human and revives her. Ryou gives Pie the remaining Mew Aqua to save the aliens' world, after which Quiche, Pie, and Tart say their goodbyes and return to their own world. Civilian Ichigo has red hair. She normally has it in pigtails tied up in red ribbons. She wears a red ribbon with a bell on it around her neck (given to her by Masaya), and is usually found wearing her school uniform such as a black and light gray sailor dress with a red ribbon tied two white blouse short sleeves with black and white lines and a light gray ribbon on. When not, she is often seen wearing a yellow shirt and red shorts. Café Mew Mew She wears a red dress with a white, heart-shaped apron and pink and white ribbons. She also wears pink socks and laces with black shoes. Instead of pigtails, Ichigo's hair is clipped with a lace headband and let down. Mew Mew When Ichigo is transformed, her hair and eyes turn bright bubblegum pink and she grows black cat ears and a tail. Her tail has a dark pink ribbon tied around it with a bell. Her hair is let down and is curlier than her civilian form's. She wears a short light pink dress with matching arm garters and a leg garter on her right thigh, along with a choker around her neck. Her gloves are dark pink and reach to her wrists. Her boots are dark pink with black laces and end just below her knees. She has dark pink lace lining the top of her dress and the top and bottom of her arm garters, leg garter, and her choker. Her choker has her Mew Pendant dangling from it. Her Mew Marks is a pink version of the imprint on her Mew Pendant on the inside of her right thigh. Ichigo is a sweet girl who is ready for just about anything life throws at her. Though kind-hearted, compassionate, and eager to help others, she is also hot-headed and, for better or worse, tends to wear her emotions on her sleeve. She isn't afraid of confronting bullies and standing up for others who've been wronged. Ichigo is, however, completely terrified of ghosts, to the point that Minto had to drag her around on a leash and force her to explore a supposedly haunted school. She is head-over-heels in love with Masaya Aoyama and often frets over his opinion of her, even having nightmares about him finding out she's a Mew Mew. Her favorite foods are waffles with maple syrup, pizza, fish, dried bonito, and strawberries. She dislikes carrots. Abilities As a Civilian She is full of energy, agile and enduring even in her civil form. In one episode, Ichigo joins the rhythmic gymnastics team at her school where she improved her stamina, agility, flexibility and reflexes. Sometimes her enhanced Mew Mew abilities (jumping high, landing on her feet) manifests in normal form, without her controlling it. She has some hand-to-hand skill that is combined with her acrobatic skills giving a combat advantage. She knows how to swim. As a Mew Mew Ichigo is the leader of the Mew Mews. Ryou Shirogane, a wealthy, 15-year-old boy, gave Ichigo her Mew Pendant so she could transform into Mew Ichigo. Later on in Tokyo Mew Mew, Ichigo meets a grey cat called Alto, who was actually Ryou as a cat, who first finds Ichigo's lost choker. Her D.N.A is infused with the Iriomote cat. Her transformation phrase is Mew Mew Strawberry... Metamorphose, and she transforms into Mew Ichigo. At first, Ichigo constantly frets that Masaya would not return her feelings due to her powers, but when he did find out, he didn't mind. She first transforms when Ryou pushes her out of a tree. Ichigo's powers are love-based and emotion-fueled. She transforms partially (cat ears and tail appearing) when she is excited or embarrassed. Feeling Frisky Ichigo, with her ears and tail popped out during an argument with Ryou. If she is very excited or embarrassed she turns into a small black cat and must kiss another animal or human in order to return to normal. With the D.N.A of an Iriomote cat, Ichigo is granted certain cat-like abilities. One is being able to land easily after falling from a great distance. Another is being able to predict the weather. Ryou Shirogane Ryou is a genius. his father mentions that his IQ was over 180 at age of 10. He is headstrong, stubborn, rude, sarcastic, and occasionally reclusive. He teases Ichigo Momomiya a lot, but he has saved her on many occasions when she has transformed into her cat form. Also, he encourages Retasu Midorikawa to be more confident. Ryou has tan skin and blond hair. He is tall and has aqua blue eyes, and is 15-years-old. When he's Alto, his eyes remain the same color. Ryou's Mew mark is on the side of his neck, which is always covered with the collars of his clothes. this will be a body swap that cannot be undone it was cause by a thing ryou made to try and get rid of the animal Dna so the girls can live normal lives but insade trap Ryou and Ichigo inside each other bodies. they must now live each other live thank to some thing that not only stop them from switch back but force them to live each other lives by force also ryoa must date ichigo boyfriend and deal with they new gender like breast and every else that diffent form each other old body you must have a whole day that include ryou work as a maid for Café Mew Mew and going to school that Ichigo's has to go to this is form ryou point of veiw no one know about the swap but the two of them also as time goes on they new dna start to change the mind to something of the orginal person the body belong two not a lot where they mind are erase but it help them live they new lives the swap has happen allredy force on the aftermate of it also they can not talk to each other about the swap thank to what caurse it want to force their new lives on to them it get so bad if they not carful they will even use the others name as if it they own in their thoughts like if they make a mistake ryou will think careful Ichigo you don't want to make a mistake iven thoght he ment to think his name not ichigo as well as think she/her instade of him and he also show a school day with stuff you learn in school and a gum day were ryou as ichigo is call up to do rhythmic gymnastics to show off to others girl wear a rhythmic gymnastics outfit that look like a leotard of any colour and clean white socks, bike shorts (summer); tights, long sleeved t-shirt and active wear/sport jacket (in winter). but only wearing the leotard thank to bing in gym class.
